Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered between Exuma Meier & Co, hereafter designated as « Exuma » and any person, whether natural or legal entity, who intends to purchase a product through the website www.exumabags.com , hereafter designated as the « Customer ».
By placing your order on the website www.exumabags.com you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery and shipping timing
We will aim to ship your orders in the shortest possible time, after your order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have given in your order. In general, shipping/delivery timing varies between 1 to 3 days in Switzerland, 4 to 8 days in Europe, and 7 to 15 days in the rest of the world. If you would like an Express delivery, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot however guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched if the goods you have ordered are not in stock at the time of placing your order.
Postal charges payable for goods dispatched in Switzerland will be notified to you in the confirmatory email. Deliveries outside of Switzerland may be subject to import taxes and/or additional charges for which you are solely responsible. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time payment for the goods is received by us in full. Risk in any product ordered will pass to you upon dispatch of your order.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes and any other similar events.
Price & Quality
All prices on our website are in Euros. They do not however include shipping costs. These will be added on to your order separately and clearly shown before payment is made.
We have aimed to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the colour of the product.

No purchase obligation
Exuma makes a commitment to take back any goods 7 days after the reception of your parcel and to pay you back as soon as possible.
No reimbursement can be made when items are returned used or damaged.
We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged prior or in transit.
Any returns or refunds must receive initial approval via email or letter by Exuma.

Data protection and data accuracy
All customer details will stay confidential. Gathered data will only be used to handle and process the order, for communication with the customer and for business planning and evaluation.

By confirming his order the customer accepts our terms and conditions and is bound through the sales contract that is generated through this action between Exuma and the customer.
